Author Talk: John Purcell
State Library of New South Wales Saturday, 6 October 2018 - 12:30pm to 1:30pm Metcalfe Auditorium, Ground Floor, Sydney, NSW, 2000 Admission: Free He’s one of the country’s most top booksellers but John Purcell has also led a double life, surprising the publishing world when he was unmasked as the author of erotic fiction he’d written under a female pseudonym. Now in his hotly anticipated new novel, The Girl On the Page, he’s written a provocative contemporary fable of betrayal, ambition and lust set in the world of publishing, laced with insider intel. Will it ever forgive him? This Author Talk is part of Open Day at the State Library of New South Wales. Be the first to visit our new galleries and learning centre on Saturday 6th October. |
